I am a huge fan of Dota & Chrome,so the theme idea comes to me. After a little try,I finished the Dota theme.

Tips:

It seems that when you try to downgrade the theme version,a error "Attempted downgrade extension Failed" occurs.A tricky way to avoid this is first restore to the default theme,restart the chrome,then install another version.
